📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


❌ NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by USPS or shipping carriers

  • Minor variations in color or texture (especially with 3D printed items)
